Element Awakening

Idk if this was already suggested or not but anyway, awakening is a process where the players may undergo a set of trials in order to maximize the potential of one's innate ability and extra jutsu when they use their innate element.

Like:

Fire - 15% dmg, 20% damage when using fire jutsus, Combustion (30%
chance to increase damage by 50%)

Water - 20% purification chance, 20% damage when using water, Excitation (20% chance to use skill without consuming CP).

Earth - +15% protection and resistance, 20% damage when using earth jutsus, Harden (16% chance to rebound 20% of damage received).

Thunder - 15% critical hit chance, 20% damage when using lightning jutsus, Engross (20% chance to ignore 40% of target's dodge rate and land a 100% chance critical attack)

Wind - 20% dodge chance, +20% damage when using wind jutsus, Breeze (10% chance to reduce cooldown by 1)

As for wind and water, they have like an extra 20% on their starting bonus stat (puri, dodge), which is to compensate for their weak dmg unlike the other 3.

earth user with addition 15% protection is almost impossible to kill,
if you add 10% from innate earth ninja, that should be 25%

if you equip with protection jutsu 55%, that will be 80%

using some equipment, easily get another 10%

try building protection stat for 10%,

all of that will be 100% for 3 turn.
add the SP talent, that will be unkillable

The 15% protection is like the final awakened stat of an Earth ninja. Basically and upgrade from 10 > 15%.
