I think compare to all other talent saint fist have lowest grade debuff effect.

To make it clear, I will give example debuff of other attack talent:
1. Ultimate Dance, give debuff internal injury (unresistable) for 3 turn & reduce 60% target CP (unresistable)
2. Soul punch, give 20% bleed for 3 turn (increase damage input)
3. One sword, give bleed 40% for 3 turn, reduce target dodge 40% 3 turn (extrimely accurate and unresistable)
4. Burial of dead bone, all enemy cant use weapon, jutsu, and talent 3 turn
5. Meridian Destruction, give 100% restrict for 2 turn and 100% internal injury for 2 turn.
6. Mirror strenght, 60% give stun 3 turn.

Saint fist debuff its giving target "reduce dodge rate and critical rate by 60%" for 3 turn

There are 3 reason that this debuff its not that good compare to other.
1. All jutsu listed above can be use in general use, every build and condition can get big impact of them. Saint fist debuff in the other hand its for specific build to reduce efficiency of crit build or dodge build. Like in normal condition who has target that have higher than 60% dodge rate and 60% crit rate? Except in specific condition like target gain extra buff like increase crit or dodge by 40%.
2. Saint fist don't have extremity accurate or unresistable like other talent. This mean to reduce target dodge by 60% it should be hit first. But if target its dodge build it can be miss, so what the point? Its specific to kill dodge build but to do that the attack must hit. If we use equipment to support this like give extra accuracy so the talent can hit, what's the point decreasing target dodge?
3. Other talent have 2-3 attack talent that grow with char level. On the other hand saint power only have 1 attack talent that grow with char level, and the debuff its not that good.

You can ask to yourself, do you want to upgrade this to lv 10 like other attack talent? If the answers its no, than you should change the mechanic

So how to fixed this?
Option 1: The easiest one its give saint fist (extremely accurate) so it can hit enemy without support of equipment that increase accuracy.
Option 2: Because its have effect to remove target buff, we can change current debuff that dont have a relative with talent, into "Cleansing self debuff and then attack.
This mean if user have a debuff "reduce damage" it will be remove first and then attack so the damage reduction its negate", another example if user have debuff "reduce accuracy" than the debuff will be remove first and then user will attack with normal accuracy.  
Option 3: Change current debuff reduce target dodge & crit effect to more "injured" stat such as:
a. Give target random debuff of "Reduce target defense by 50" or "reduce speed by 50%" or "reduce attack by 50%" for 4 turn.
b. Reduce target healing receive by 50% for 10 turn
Option 4: Saint fist no longer give debuff and change into X% to absorb (copy) target buff and increase its duration by 3.

I really recommended option 2 or option 4 because its more looks like saint power, purge and absorb target buff. Beside unlike other talent that give buff, saint power dont have any buff that support them except healing, so its can make game more interesting. Also if you give other talent like saint light additional buff like extend current buff by 2 its will give good synergy.

I hope developer can adjust this talent skill based on your judgement.

Woww thats a good news. I hope dev understand what I mean, this debuff will reduce 60% dodge but who is target that have higher than 60% dodge rate? And if they have this skill will be missed before they give effect. Shocked Shocked Shocked

We will find out once the adjustment is up, maybe on the upcoming update?

You give me hope raijin, I almost changes talent to 8ex just need 1500 token more. Currently the only talent that good from saint power its undying saint because its % based so its will grow with char lever. Hope it won't change.

For other saint power (saint blessing, saint light? Saint soul) I just hope its become % based. For healing I hope it will give another effect/buff not just healing because once it get "internal injury" its become useless and when your char level up its only increase cp all other aspect still same either you lv 40 or lv 80.

Imagine get Ultimate dance+ olypush blade, 7 turn healing disable lol. Hope my feedback can help.

its a good news, i hope the dev make a good adjustment for all talent not just for saint power, for saint power it's very regretful because it's expensive talent and the effect is limited to that only, hopefully the adjustment goes smoothly and there are no flashy comparisons

Thats make sanse, who have 60% dodge rate and 60% crit rate anyway? Lol

Yes thats one of my reason I don't use saint power, its expensive and healing effect its not that potent. Use Tenson Omi Gongen + Dance of Fujin and you will get 850 hp/turn for 3 turn + disable any negative status for every 9 turn for only 200 cp. I use 8 Extrimities with bonus 20% speed, two of this jutsu its enough increasing my survivability better than any saint power healing do.

No, I better just level up it to only lv 1 or 5 at max and save my TP for extrime talent. Upgrading attack talent dont chance damage of talent, its only increasing duration and effect of the talent. In this case reducing 60% dodge rate and 60% crit rate its a waste. And if there any enemy or player that have 60% dodge rate and 60% crit rate developer need too nerf it.  Twisted Evil Twisted Evil
