Saint light and saint blessing cp increase

Saint light and saint blessing cp is increase when I increase character. For saint fist its okey cp is increase when we lv up because the damage also increase as well, but for saint light and saint fist the value still same.

Here I attach the prove that cp is increase by 128 point with no increase in value/ benefit:
