Well, it's obvious that the current people who are levels 60-62 will eventually have to level up specifically when more stuff is added. That's why 2 or 3 NPCs for the Special Jounin Exam may be needed because:

Well, it's obvious that the current people who are levels 60-62 will eventually have to level up specifically when more stuff is added. That's why 2 or 3 NPCs for the Special Jounin Exam may be needed because:
- There's no guarantee that the players will stay between 60-62
- There's no guarantee that some of the players will stay as a level 60 jounin for an indefinite amount of time
- There's no guarantee that a player will invest financial and timely resources for an alt to stay in 60 and serve as an NPC
- Late players may not have the same opportunities like the first batch of people that passed had due to the lack of recruits (ones with good set)
