Sound effects still has sounds even in lowest audio settings

Hi devs,
It's been a while since this problem. When you set the background and sound effects settings to lowest, the sound effects still has sounds even in the lowest.
It really became a nuisance for months. I know this is a minor issue, but some of us (for me) uses our phones for personal and even work-related tasks while still playing. Like calls, and music. I hope this soon gets fixed cos what i do is just set my phone to silent when only NM's sound is the only one i want to be silent. Or i just leave it like that cos i don't have an option.
