Decrease AGI CAP "Temporarily"

Hello, I think this should only be applied if they level 100 cap isn't coming anytime soon if it is then disregard.
I think you guys should "temporarily" lower the agi cap to 200 points. Reason being because at max level 80 the user has 400 points acquired to spend. The max cap ATM is 250 for agi, which is more than half the points for a user. The rest of the points (150) is spent on hp, and cp for and whatever else there is to test build. The problem is the recommended HP for levels 60+ is around 3500-4000+ which is around (130+) points for HP. Earth elemental players might require less because of the stat bonus.
So the only testing around for builds is 30(+/-)points give or take.
If you guys temporarily" nerf agi cap it will free up an extra 50 points to tinker with builds and will only require half of the 400 total points to be max speed.
At level 100 it would make sense to spend 250 points on AGI which would be half of total points(500).

The real issue here is there's only 3 stats that worth it. I've been thinking myself about an idea to change this, but it's quite difficult to balance. Here's my proposal:
Create 2 different groups, main and secondary stats.
Main: HP, CP and Agi
Second: Str, Flex, etc.
Players get 3 main and 2 secondary points to distribute. This way you don't need to cap stats, and yet, we will have more diversity and more usage of secondary stats.
Enemies should have their stats reduced tho, since players main stats will drastically go down.

The problem still stands the enemies AGI is to high. If you lower the AGI CAP it will free up space for points to be calibrated somewhere else via not AGI. They should really consider this because the lower your AGI the worse the bosses are. Even if you have ninjutsus for defense or such if the enemy has high AGI they can 1-2 shot you with critical damage and possibly a stun/silence effect. Or maybe make a counter mechanism like if the bosses are super fast on AGI nerf their critical damage. If the bosses have high critical damage nerf their speed so it's balanced out. The problem is not losing its losing and you can't do anything when you know you could have changed the tides of battle if I was able to take a turn.
