Rankings for Online PVP

It would be awesome to have a leaderboard ranking for Online PVP. Yes, the milestone rewards for XXX wins should also be there for everyone's benefit.
However, the ranking will have a separate points system.
Points for the ranking can be:
Honor
Battle Rating
PVP Rating
Stars - if star system is used, a player may only get 1-3 stars per win. (3 stars per win if the star count of the player is low and the amount they'd get will become less and less the higher they go up).
Shinobi Points
Mechanics
-Each win will give the user points.
-Each defeat will reduce their points.
-To avoid farming points using alts, repeated retreats from alts or even main accounts will minus their points while repeated wins from auto retreat from the same account will not give points to the player. Both actions will subject them to be banned in the matchmaking for X minutes. Repeated offenses will increase the banning duration. 3rd offense would make sense to make an account permanently banned from matchmaking throughout the whole season.
-After every season ends, the Top 50 rankers will be given a reward like how it is in the Ninja Tower. (Armors maybe)
-Top 10 Rankers can get the title "(Season number) High Ranker" if titles are added.
With this, players will have a sufficient reason to match-up every now and then. It will consequentially raise the number of players online 24/7 even if most of the players have gotten the milestone rewards.
