I have some concerns regarding to countless bugs and errors

All at started at bugs in the calendar ingame when i tap login if a player such as myself to claim normally in to the reward it automatically pending sometimes it crash sometimes it not due to low Internet access as they say that indicate to the program I myself uses a Wi-Fi connection to make it faster. thus it still not enough to play normally to the game without interpretation even though i have higher ping or green indicators that my Internet is smooth high Internet access still crashes the game it is not fun at all. Followed by advertisements during roulette after I claim my prize during claiming saving so forth it still crashes the game that I hate the most also even it doesn't crashes it is still indicates in my claim records it is not been claim but if I restarted the whole game by closing and reopen the game the I can see the money that I have earned in the roulette their for it is still a bug or slight errors I hope this concerns may apply to the game creators or programers to fix that certain issues followed by your events don't get me started at the Halloween think guys what day this is right now it is December 1 Friday 2023. I hopefully expect you all to fix all this may concerns belive me if this concerns fix everyone can play this game freely

Take note: let's be real here everyone at lvl 60 all scrolls are useless in the end I suggested to have a event or in a 1 month or week I strongly suggest to create a converter scroll because let's be honest scrolls are useless in the end a converter scrolls any kinds of scroll has indicate has a rewards such as an example of skill suglch as jutsu or genjutsu,item,backitem,talents points,gold, or maybe tokens if possible.

If its OK especially to wish or requested to the dmin or to the creators within the game I hope you all understand I need to tokens a lots of them 5k tokens if it'd possible but I do understand if you don't mind you give me but at least fix countless the bugges within the game .before creating new one such as events good examples is hollweeen.

This usually happens in the first match of LIVE PVP, it keeps getting match aborted and then that visual bug happens which will also affect offline arena

is this already reported or this is the first time has been reported ?

No idea, there may be individuals who reported it directly to Raijin but this is the first time that it was reported via forum.

this happen every single time on online PVP .. I ALREADY TRIED RE PULLING UP THE GAME, clear cache and uninstall then reinstall still the same thing
