Inactive leader, can't join the war Empty Inactive leader, can't join the war

My guild wanted to join the upcoming guild war but my guild leader is inactive because of health issues. Can the devs transfer the leadership from our inactive leader to one of our active co-leader? Or can the devs manually join/register our guild in the war? Please help devs.
