Does Susanoo's Titan Mode have it's own separate base critical chance? When doing nothing like charging or casting non-damage jutsus even with a buff from lightning charge, it rarely triggers the follow-up to crit. However, after doing an attack that makes a critical hit while under concentration buff, titan mode usually follows-up with a crit especially if the buff is pretty high. Is it a bug or is then intended to be like this?
