UTC for guild log details Empty UTC for guild log details

It's quite confusing since the logs switch from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY as well as the date switching from XX.XX.XX to XX:XX:XX AM/PM.

It would be more convenient to add a global server time to prevent this confusion regardless of the player's timezone.
