Chance Based Secret Talent Passive

Every time a user uses a secret talent active skill, there will be an XX% chance to trigger a passive effect that is related to the talent.
Demon Sound - XX% chance to add another 10% accuracy and inflict 10% blindness to the opponent for 2 turns after using an active skill.
Enraged Forst - XX% chance to drain 5% hp and increase 5% protection for 3 turns after using an active skill.
Explosive Lava - XX% chance to absorb 50% of incoming damage after using an active skill.
Hidden Silhouette - XX% chance to inflict chaos for 1 turn when after an active skill.
Icy Crystal - XX% chance to drain 20% cp from the opponent after using an active skill.
Not sure how big of an impact would it make in PVP and PVE but I find it interesting.
