Guild upgrade

Please add an option to upgrade guild. Its been a long time since we have a feature to donate but the feature to use this donation not implement yet.if this continue people dont have a reason to keep donating.

The example of upgrading guild like:
1. Increase member limit.
2. Give passive basic stat.
Like increase 1 point of agility/upgrade of all member
3. Increase gold drop rate by x%
4. Increase % damage in pvp/boss raid/guild war/
5. Increase % provision get in extort
6. Increase elemental fire damage by x% for all member

There are lots to option to explore but the most important is number 1 because there are limited guild for now and the number of player that dont join guild its huge.
