can be:
-a wind jutsu that works like Rasengan (inflicts bleeding and numbness)
-lightning blade (from Naruto, inflicts bleeding and numbness)
-a premium AEO debuff + dmg attack
-a jutsu similar to what Zabuza used where he hides in a thick mist he summoned (+30-50% dodge rate for X turn(s))

-appears between XX:XX PM/AM - XX:XX PM/AM where users can buy premium jutsus on a sale (xx number of premium jutsus per encounter)
