Ninja Guild/Clan UI Suggestions

Guild Chat (requested by many, saw some posts already about it on Facebook)
Activity Status - lets players view how long has it been since someone logged out of the game
Unanimous/Consentual Guild Leader Impeachment - lets elite members open up a poll for the members to agree or disagree with when the clan leader has been inactive for the past 5 days or so(can only be implemented if activity status is available)
I heard that the devs will release accessories soon from Raijin
, so I think a ninja headband with the player's clan logo (purchasable with provisions) would be nice. The buff depends on the clan level or ranking I guess.
