Jutsu Targeting Indicator (Not Priority)

This might be redundant and unnecessary because there is already a description of the jutsu. However, based on my experience with other games, some casual players tend to gloss over these descriptions and just look at the skill's targeting mode as it gives them enough info on when they can use that skill. As for its effects, they usually learn about it as they keep using these skills or would like the skill's description if whatever they are thinking about it is correct or close enough to be correct.
