Barrier effect automatically use charge

Deadly performance have a skill that give all enemy can't use attack, can't use jutsu and can't use talent. They can only use charge.
To speed up the battle process, especially in live PVP, I suggest making it more simple, If the target gets this effect, it automatically uses charge. Similar if target gets chaos, but chaos is between attack or charge.
