Additional buff and debuff
1. Poisoned: Reduce fixed amount of HP/turn for X turn. During poisoned, target healing rate reduce by half.
2. Slow: Reduce target speed by X%.
3. Splash: Every attack to target will also give 50% damage to other enemy,
4. Blessed: During X turn all current buff will not disappear and reduce debuff duration by half.
5. Cursed: During X turn, all current debuff will not disappear and reduce buff duration by half.
6. Vampirism: During duration turn % damage into hp.
7. Shielded: Get X shield for X turn, every attack will reduce shield instead of health. As long user have shild buff it will increase user resistance by X% and immune to cut % hp.
8. Blasted: Next action will cast twice, can be failed if user don't have enough chakra
9. Protect: For x turn, enemy can't target other target except user. Increase protection, resistance and critical chance to user by X% but reduce user speed by X%.
10. Leadership: Increase attack, speed, crit rate for all team by X%

Blessed status its perfect for Saint Power saint blessing talent. Its will give saint power talent more unique and not just give HP because other normal jutsu like ToG can do the same.

To make its fairer, developer can reduce the HP regeneration value and give additional effect like this.

Please dev implement splash buff. It will be good combine with my 8extrimish talent, which now can deal area damage.

1 hit and all of enemy will die. Lol
