Lets get to the point:

Make player can easily change talent that they have purchase. With this player can experiment more what best for them. Make it easy like equip jutsu. If player want to return TP that have spend, player can do it for 1 milions gold.

There will be talent level reset and talent removal which refunds some of your tp used to upgrade your talent. It will be implemented today or maybe tomorrow
