New Guild War System

I have a good suggestion for the guild war:

1- There should be a limit for the provisions and I think 1 million will be enough. So that players can also prepare for the dungeon and also for the war.

2- In order to join the war you must reach 1 M provisions and all settlements must be at least level 3 or 4.(if guild war every 3 month)

3- The new system will be through roulette (guild Vs guild and the winner will enter the next stage "There will be a period of two days until the confrontation between the two guilds ends and if one of the guilds cannot eliminate the other, the one with the most points will win") This will prevent any possible alliance from happening and the war will be fair for everyone. After one of the guilds wins, you will return 1 million again so that they can prepare for the next guild confrontation.
This idea will give new players a chance to participate in the guild war because this will depend on the performance of the players.
