Saint Power Rework Empty Saint Power Rework

Saint power its currently the most expensive talent.

If we see right now, the heal for current level seems big and op because heal value its bases on talent level but when char level up cp cost will be higher but heal value its still same. So increaseing char level its not giving benefit just increase chakra cost for healing based talent. For example saint blessing when your char lv 50 cost 700 Cp when your char lv 80 chakra need to cast healing jutsu its 1000. Heal value still same max 1000/turn, CD 18 with no other effect. As you can see ToG have a better CP, CD, token cost and side effect like can't get debuff. On the other hand in lv 40 saint power will give hp regen 400/turn, its too op since even current weapon best damage is 300.

In conclusion, unlike any other talent that scaleup with char level. Saint power its too OP in low level char but almost of its jutsu not scaleup with char level so its just getting weaker.

Its better to make lower heal value and make it grow with char level like other talent but give other effect in return such as:
a. Saint light: In char lv 50, decreasing heal value from 2800 to 1200 (fix rate all talent lv) increasing talent level will increase add effect: Give X% changes to cast purify and restore X% chakra on team. Increasing char lv will make heal value higher and cp cost higher.
b. Saint blessing: In char lv 50, heal overtime is 500 for 4 turn. Increasing char lv will make heal over time higher. Increasing talent level will increase duration from 1 to 4 turn and give random buff Increase speed/crit rate/dodge rate/Attack/Accuracy by X% during duration.
c. Saint soul, changing heal value passive from 200/turn to 8%HP/turn and increasing resistance by 10%.
d. Saint physic:
Idea 1: Fix trigger rate to 30% in all talent level, reducing heal value from 200 to 100 in lv 50 and heal value will increase when char level up, increasing talent level will increase prot & rest up to 30% (the lower hp the higher)
Idea 2: Remove heal condition and change overheal into buff. Every 100 overheal will buff char by 1% for next attack. So there are not too many regen hp/turn.
Idea 3: Upgrade trigger condition into 70% but the lower user hp the hp gain its higher hp heal.
Idea 4: Remove regen, give 8% Max & 8% max speed.
Idea 5: Have 10% changes to heal 10% hp per turn.
d. Undying saint, when control by AI and die user its most likely to hit enemy than using charge as last struggle and can't miss hit even in online boss raid. (Already FIX! Thanks God!)
e. Saint Fist:
Idea 1: Remove debuff and changes into this talent have extra 30% accuracy and 30% crit rate.
Idea 2: Remove debuff. Change to other enemy that not targeted get 50% damage (splash) and have 30% to stun enemy for 1 turn.

I got your point and that's make sense. I don't realize at first because the heal & hp regen its so large right now so I am fine with it, but you are right its not scalable unlike other talent that growing together with char level this talent set its strong in the beginning because 5 from 6 skill their power its based on talent level but after that not going anywhere.

For all other talent skill you mention I think the most skill that need to changes its Saint Physique, because 30% trigger rate its so low so you need to have very large hp or its will become useless. If I remember correctly original ninja Saga even make it to 70% trigger rate and extra maximum 800 hp. With only 30% trigger rate, will make Saint Power user feel only have 1 passive skill (Saint Soul), because other two only happen in conditional situation. For saint fist, I think for current now its already good with high damage, high chakra cost & high cool down. But I agree with you that debuff its not that great, saint power talent power its SURVIABILITY its not need other debuff to help more survive like decrease crit rate, what its need its attack type support based because unlike other talent that have 2-3 attack talent, saint power user only have 1 attack jutsu so its must be good.

In overall I like the idea, and I hope developer can read it. Very Happy
