Icy Crystal Conditional Passive Suggestion

Since there's a new effect added called "Freeze". I guess it means that there will be more jutsus that will inflict this effect in the future.
Hence, I thought that it's gon' be lit if an Icy Crystal user's chance of draining 5% CP from the enemy is raised to 100% if the opponent is under a frozen status.
So basically, absolute zero zone's passive will look like this:
-5% chance to absorb 5% enemy CP and 100% chance to absorb 5% enemy CP when the enemy is frozen.

Or 5% chances to make enemys freeze for 1 turn.
