More jutsu presets Empty More jutsu presets

We have plenty of gamemodes but every time we switch the jutsu presets we must change the jutsus as well.

For ex:
PVE elemental preset
PVE % reduce preset
PVP preset
Online Raid preset
Tower Raid preset
Guild Defense preset
Guild Attack preset

It's a pain to switch the jutsus everytime, so adding more presets would be good.
