KINJUTSU HELLFIRE 3

I've just bought the skill kinjutsu hellfire 3, my token got deducted but the jutsu is still not yet learned, there's a pop up error in the game after purchasing it, then the game closed, can you please help me with this devs?

Now the back item I've bought from halloween is missing, after buying it and equipping it, what's happening here?? This so disappointing
