S6 Raid Boss Mechanics Feedback

Greetings! My clanmates and I, have compiled what we like and dislike on the latest raid boss including some feedbacks from the group and my stream.
Likes:
-Everyone has a fair shot to get to the top 50(my opinion) thanks to the disabled talent feature
-Loaded players liked the re-challenge feature
-It took less than a week
-Rewards are nice.
Dislikes:
-Disabled talents
-Re-challenge feature (not everyone can afford it hence losing the essence of making the competition fair by disabling talents in the first place)
-Boss's high accuracy blocks other elements from shining since tanky users are the only ones that have the capability to tank all the incoming damage while preparing for a combo.
-Damage is too high, mechanics favors the tanky ones.
Suggestions on how to make a compromise
Since there are people with talents and no talents, maybe an implementation of normal and elite boss raid will suffice. Normal BR gives less rewards than Elite BR but only players without talent are going to be be able to enter this mode. EBR on the other hand is only accessible to players who have talents.
The difficulty for EBR should be enough to not be easily bullied by maxed talent people but also enough to not one-sidedly massacre any player.
Also:
-No re-challenge via tokens.
-Limit to only two challenges a day per player and it refreshes everytime the game refreshes.
-Guard buff until player's first turn (beneficial for lower leveled players).
-A little bit higher HP for the boss.
-Someone also suggested to return the number of turns before going god mode back to 50.
-Lower the boss's base accuracy to the range of 90-100% to let other elements shine well. Specifically wind users as they are squishy and their base dodge rate isn't helping.
-If however the raid boss will have to be monetized, maybe like a stat boost of +10 to every stat for 50 tokens on a single raid is good enough (1 chance of purchasing per day).
Why should we have NBR and EBR?
If rankers from the normal raid realize that there are better rewards in the elite boss raid, it may fuel their determination to grind gold or maybe just straight up top-up.
However, for the gold grind, it's quite tiresome to save up even with the spammable missions + ads.
Maybe these suggestions may help:
-Add gold rewards for hunting house
-Revamp a mission in C-Rank where there is only 1 or 2 areas with a single enemy per area

Honestly I dont like the idea about talent disable for "fair" to everyone. At the first place this is a competitive game, you should make a strategy to achieve the best.
Token can be spend with anything, jutsu equipment, including talent. And if we look to other perspective this also not fair for player that spend and invest to buy talent.
I am F2P and in last 2 online boss raid I can achieve top 10 two times without talent and can still can competitive agains other player (without using token to rechallange again). The reason I dont achive top 10 in this seasson is I am not a spender to do challange again. Once again if we are talk to "fair" aspect I think you also need to limit limit rechallange for all player so every one have same opportunity, in this case only rich user that can burn much token that will win the online raid.

That's their advantage because they invest money to the game. Unlike f2p, we only invest time and waiting for free stuffs. Of course they will go strong faster than us. F2p's need to grind harder if you dont wanna spend.
