Okay so like first of all, internal injury is not an instant effect debuff. It procs after the turn when it was inflicted.

So for olympus blade, it should show 5 instead of 4 in order to proc the internal injury 4 times.

I also tested it and used OB on an npc, the debuff text only appeared thrice.

I believe this goes the same as the other internal inujury inflicting jutsus.
