stats error and got banned after

when i am putting my stats up but the "server timed out" before i could save and i was kicked out of the game after that when i got back in the game and checked i was still lvl 50 but the stats were gone and after that i was banned i don't know what happened please help

I got unbanned now but the stat points are still gone im thinking of trying to level up cause that might give me my lost 5stat points but it might also cause more problems so i don't know what to do

i think just uninstall and reinstall it and run only in 30fps.. i hope it helps
