This one is called "Sentimental Augmentation". It lets players upgrade their beloved low-level weapons to their current max level. Enhancing items with personal significance to acknowledge the emotional connection players have developed with the cherished weapons of their choice would be dope. Personally, it conveys a sense of attachment and value that aligns well with the name of the feature I've mentioned above.
So what are the pros?
Well, players can get to use their beloved weapons again on missions or PVP, retaining their original passive effects.
Cons?
The damage of these sentimentally augmented weapons is nowhere near to the ones that are acquirable on a higher level and are not augmented. So if like a basic Kunai is upgraded to level 50, its damage should be at least 20-30% lower than the weapons that are equipable at level 50. The higher the gap between the player's level and the weapon's level, the bigger the gap between the augmented one and the natural one and vice-cersa.
