Hello, before update my talent passive are :
1. Agility passive at lv 5 get 9,9%
2. Bleeding chance should be higher

But after the update, the skill become somehow weaken.
1. The lv passive agility only get 4% next update give only 6%
2. The bleeding chance also weaken

Is it intentional or is it bug?

This is the new balancing curve we have made since the v5.0.291 update. All talent effects are re-adjusted in proportion to the amount of TP spent per level.

Because of the new update, bro. Dev adjusted talent value per level. Mine also like that and yeah got weaken compared to before .
