Activity upon rewards

We as players need to be more motivated to play this game , and there are many ways that admins could do that for us . One of these ways is to give us more rewards (gem codes) but by reducing the number of gems per code from 200 or 300 to 100 or 150 . This would be helpful for us to keep enjoying this game .
