Exclusive Item Buff Suggestion

I rarely use exlusive item because there are lots of other item that give better buff and stat. I wish there are an upgrade and its not just upgrade the stat but also unique buff.

1. Musha Pipa: Increase 4% crit rate & increase 4% accuracy.
In my opinion its only increase 8% stat in total, even back item in marketplace with same stat increase that have 14% stat increase in total.
Here is improvement I suggest:
Minimum requirement: Jounin
a. Blazed musha pipa: Increase 5% crit rate & increase 10% accuracy.
Exclusive effect: After user finish action, 3% chance user pass waiting and can act again.
Upgrade cost: 1 millions gold

b. Hyper musha pipa: Increase 10% crit rate & increase 5% accuracy.
Exclusive effect: After using attack command, the next attack will increase 30% damage.
Upgrade cost: 1 millions gold & lv 5 megatama x1

2. Kusarigama: Sanshiki: Increase 20% accuracy, 10% critital chance, 20% chance to restore 3% user hp each turn.
In my opinion this weapon its combine several effect weapon but have very low attack damage with 250, even
Here is improvement I suggest:
Minimum requirement: Jounin

a. Cursed Kusarigama: Sanshiki: Increase 20% accuracy, 15% critical chance, and 50% chance to restore 5% user hp each turn.
Exclusive effect: Each turn the owner get 30% bleed, The lower % hp of owner, the higher critical damage.
Attack: 380-400
Upgrade cost: 2 millions gold & lv 5 megatama x3

b. Sacred Kusarigama: Sanshiki: Increase 20% accuracy, 15% critical chance, 20% chance to restore 10% user hp each turn.
Exclusive effect: when using attack command 70% chance make target get bleed by 30% for 2 turn.
Attack: 380-400
Upgrade cost: 2 millions gold & lv 5 megatama x3

3. Shark Skin Sword 15% cp per turn and 8% chance to take damage by cp.
Here is improvement I suggest:
Minimum requirement: Jounin

a. Absorber Shark skin: Increase max chakra by 20%, regen 15% cp per turn and 10% chance to take damage by cp.
Exclusive effect: Each time caster use jutsu to target, absorb target chakra by 20% jutsu cost.
Attack: 350-380
Upgrade cost: 2 millions gold & lv 5 megatama x3

b. Protector Shark skin: Increase max chakra by 10%, regen 15% cp per turn and 20% chance to take damage by cp.
Exclusive effect: Each time caster get attacked, absorb 10% target chakra.
Attack: 350-380
Upgrade cost: 2 millions gold & lv 5 megatama x3

i think exclusive item must be buff, when in guild marketplace there is +7%  accuracy and crite rate it can buy with provisions, otherwise exclusive item increase just 4% only can buy with top up

Great, I hope its not only increase it stat because what make it different with back item in marketplace.

I hope because its exlusive item it have unique effect like:
1. Increase all buff duration by 1.
2. Increase all debuff duration by 1.
3. The less your % HP give higher your critical rate up to 20%.
4. The higher your % hp give higher your damage up to 20%.
5. Ignore target protection by 10%.
6.. When attack with weapon 33% to disperse target.
7. When attack with weapon 50% give internal injury for 1 turn.
8. 30% to do splash (area damage) when using attack command.

Shark skin its a good example which give cp regen and also unique effect to make chakra barrier.
