Q: Will our account be deleted after the early access?
A: No, your account will not be deleted as it is bound to your Google account. Your save progress will be carried out all throughout the lifecycle of the game until the very end.
Q: The game keeps crashing on my mobile device; what should I do?
A: There are many reasons why the game crashes on your devices; here are some of the following:
- Clear the cache of the game or try re-installing the game
- Reboot your phone
- Remove all background processes/stand-by apps before launching the game
- Free up storage space
- Check for your device firmware update
- You are playing the game at 60 FPS, and your device can't handle it for a long time. Go to settings and set FPS to 30.
- The device doesn't have enough memory to run the game.
- The device is low-end enough to play the game
Please take note that on some special occasions, the game may not be fully compatible with your device if any unintended behavior occurs. Try playing the game on another device.
Q: I cannot login
A: Make sure you have an active google account active on your device. Double check in your mobile phone settings that you have successfully bound it to your device and that you are able to access it by logging in to your email account.
Q: I get "Connection Timed Out" when logging in
A: Sometimes this happens when the app isn't able to fetch the server time; this could be because the connection has been interrupted or the mobile device doesn't have an internet connection. Make sure you have a stable connection and try again.
Q: I get "Error FBFS 7006" when I play the game
A: This happens because your device cannot communicate with our server. To fix this, try changing your network, it could be that the network to which you're currently connected doesn't allow access to our server, or you might just have a bad internet connection.
Q: Can I play the game in an android emulator on PC?
A: Yes, you can play the game on any android emulator on PC, however, it is not recommended to play the game on it as it doesn't have full compatibility and might display unintended behavior. Just play with caution.
Q: How do I report a bug?
A: To report a bug, take a video recording of the issue within the game. Create a post under the Bug Reports section and link the video.
Q: Do we have a discord server?
A: No, this forum will be our only supported community hub. Discord is not ideal in our development environment, as we can't keep track of messages from time to time. The forum allows us to keep a history of topics, and it's available for everyone to see over the internet even after 5 years. The forum also makes discussion formal between players, moderators, and developers.
Q: My character data is not in-synch with other device
