hello, before you open ninja master please clear the game cache and check if your character is unbanned

Sorry if this isnt the correct place to report this.
My account has just been banned after leveling up to 56 and the level up displayed a 0, what happened?

In game account tag is ItsCrown, I do not have a copy of the ID
