Dynamic Stamina of Bandits

Hi, a friend of mine have reported that the bandits' stamina is still 100 even though they have 2 member. However, based on update v0.7.3.389's patch notes, the bandits' stamina should have dynamically adjusted based on the number of members but it seems that it didn't work as expected.
Hopefully this gets tested and verified.
