Burn debuff duration effect

I've noticed that the duration effect of burn debuff is less by 1. For example the burn duration is 3 turns. The first 2 is working and has damage on the enemy while the last turn of burn effect isn't working and has no damage to the enemy. The other debuffs like stun or chaos, etc. Are also the same they are all having no effect every last turn of the debuff duration. Please check if it's a problem or it is what is.

It is working fine, 3 turns burn does 3 turns burn.

Jutsus that inflict burn for 3 turns will have a 4 ticks on their target since burn does not happen instantly.
