What does the "Agility" do? The description don't explain much...

And what is ATB?

Agility affects how fast your attack bar fills up. If your agility is higher than your opponent, you'll be the first one to move.

Attack bar is the 2nd bar below HP.

Agility determines who attacks first. Players with the highest agility strikes first. However, as turns go by, a player with a higher agility may be able to make two or more attacks before another player
