Don't worry your character data is all intact in the server. Perhaps you're having connection issues? Try to wait for maybe 30-60 seconds and see if your character will show up on the character selection screen. If not, please contact Raijin so we can assist you further.

How can I contact Raijin in this app? I checked and I still don't see it. My internet is pretty decent I think it's just a glitch. I don't want to press play on the create character in the fear of resetting my progress Hahaha

the developers already responded that your character data is safe, maybe it is because you have slow or unstable internet connection that why it didnt load, try restarting your mobile data or wifi, or connect to a wifi that has fast and stable internet connection

Try re-opening the game during hours where reception is great in your are, maybe there's some signal disturbance or something near you hence your frequent connection timeouts.
