Undying Saint Empty Undying Saint

Well the description says that when an SP users HP is depleted, they use their remaining chakra to trigger US. So if an SP user's HP is depleted using a chakra drain attack like earth absorption(both their HP and CP is 0), would it still trigger undying saint?
