Account Ownership

One character can be automatically created for each email address by users who accept the terms of the game and continue to the game. This email address will be used to read and write data to and from the server as well as read and save local data on your device because it is tied to it.

By adding more character slots to his designated account (email address) and paying the requisite sum requested by the game upon request, a user is able to create new characters.

Users' accounts on Android are linked to their real Google accounts, and neither the game's developers nor its entire management are permitted to access or alter any of the data included in those accounts.

Character progress and saved data

Since each device has a different set of specifications, compatibility with all devices cannot be guaranteed. Some mobile devices might not even be able to run the game to its fullest potential. You understand that any unexpected actions or unforeseen crashes could happen and cause system instability or loss of progress, and you acknowledge that the game's developer is not responsible for any harm or loss of progress the game may inflict on your device.

Any data that is stored locally or remotely on your device is processed by Google and transferred by your device to Google's own server and your account. The Google Play Games Service API handles data loading and storing for Android. As a result, we disclaim responsibility for any loss of game progress saved on your account, including but not limited to the following:

- Character level or experience
- Mission Progress
- Character inventory like Jutsus, hair, clothing, weapons, etc.
- Pets data
- and any other related data that is stored locally and remotely according to the API used by your device.

Account sharing and/or selling

It is totally forbidden to share your device or account with anybody else. More so with selling because it exposes your account to theft and other unforeseen negative behaviors. We are not responsible for any loss of in-game items or virtual money linked to your account, and as the game's owner, we are not required to recover your account since we have no control over it.

In-game purchases

Players can use real money to buy in-game goods and virtual currency in this game. The game's item pricing are all expressed in American dollars (USD), which are then converted to the user's local currency. Please take note that any purchase done are non-refundable.

The Google Play Billing API is in charge of managing all in-game payments for Android users and has the discretion to approve, reject, or refund a transaction.

The Google Play billing method via which the game is being taken over is beyond our control as the game's owner. Any transaction that uses the aforementioned API must be notified immediately to the service provider in the event that there are any problems or inconsistencies.

Paypal can also be used as an option for players who prefer to purchase through the said platform. A voucher code will be sent to the buyer's email upon a successful purchase, which they can redeem in-game. Any purchase made via PayPal is non-refundable; any player who files a case with PayPal for a refund after receiving the voucher code is subject to a ban.

If any strange behaviors are found on the user's transactions about in-game purchases, including exploits, bugs, or any other related malicious activities, the game's owner has the right to suspend or prohibit the user's account.

Abuse of Game Mechanics

"Game mechanics" in Ninja Master: A Shinobi Saga may be defined as the "act of exploiting the limitations of game systems," which is different from "bug exploitation" in that it makes use of a code error. If game mechanics are given away in a way that harms one character, their gameplay, the service, or the economy, the user's account will be suspended.

Unapproved third-party software

Unofficial third-party software is available that you can use to unfairly improve your odds of winning and gaining more game points. Applications of some kind that enable the user to alter game files by accessing data from the game that is frequently concealed from him may also fall under this category. Using such software can lead to game crashes, infect the user's device with viruses and spyware, and even have the potential to gather private information like passwords or account information. A player who is discovered utilizing these third-party programs is subjected to account termination.

Data stream manipulation and data mining

During game play, data is sent between the app and the player's device to update or modify game data received at any given time. The "sniffing" of packets for any reason is prohibited, as is the alteration of streamed data in any way that could change the information being sent or received, even if it's just one byte. The extraction of private information is known as data mining. A participant in such an activity will have their account terminated.

Game Moderators

In order to assist the game with public relations and other non-technical issues, game moderators are carefully chosen by the game proprietors. The database, code, asset base, and any other resources created by the game are not accessible to game moderators. Tasks that were assigned by the game's developers, administrators, or owner may be accepted or rejected by moderators. As they see fit, moderators receive rewards depending on their performance.

Any moderators who exhibit behaviors or attitudes toward the game, the community, or the creators that have a detrimental impact on gameplay, development, the economy, or community engagement will be immediately fired and may even be subject to legal action.
